A .NET backend, React system and Flutter app make up the platform developed with Diogo Nunes. The technical description covers the shared project.
A .NET API, React web and Flutter mobile form CondoVia. CondoFlow is the technical project name.
What each part does and which technologies support it. A module in the code does not mean all its features are complete or published.
Condominium management API and domain.
Domain, Application, Infrastructure and Api layers separate rules, use cases, adapters and HTTP contracts.
Administration and operation portal.
Domain screens, API clients, state and shared components organize the web experience.
Role-based mobile experience.
Feature-based architecture for resident, manager and operations journeys. Areas evolve in separate steps.
Environments and delivery.
Service, proxy and workflow configuration stays separate from application code. Partial legacy Terraform does not mean completed AWS infrastructure.
Web and mobile use the .NET API. The backend handles authorization, domain rules and storage. Infrastructure handles component execution and delivery.
PostgreSQL with EF Core/Npgsql. Contracts and tenant context organize access. Validation and mediation libraries support use cases.
Application/integration tests and surface checks. This architecture does not expand Breno’s contribution or claim that all areas are complete.
